Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a small business, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on our stylists’ schedules. We kindly ask that you review our cancellation terms below:

Cancellations

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.

No-Call / No-Show

  • A 100% charge of the scheduled service total will be applied to all no-call, no-show appointments.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact the salon as soon as possible. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us maintain smooth scheduling for all guests.

Children & Extra Guests Policy

To ensure a safe, relaxing, and professional environment for all guests and staff, we kindly ask that you review and respect our salon policies:

Children

  • We do not provide services for children under the age of 12.

  • For safety reasons and to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, children may not accompany clients to appointments. Please arrange childcare prior to your visit.

Extra Guests

  • We kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests to your appointment unless they are also receiving a service.

  • Space within our salon is limited, and extra guests may disrupt the experience of others.
